I believe that swimming is more than a skill. It's a gateway to self-confidence, physical well-being, and inclusivity. My teaching philosophy is centered around the values of inclusivity, safety, confidence, and fun; and is grounded in the belief that every individual, regardless of age or ability, deserves the opportunity to learn and experience the joy of swimming.
I am here to help you or your loved one embark on a swimming journey that leads to a lifetime of enjoyment.

My Values
Empathy & Inclusivity
I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where all are welcome, regardless of ability. I recognize that each student is unique, and I approach each lesson with empathy and patience. By understanding the specific needs and capabilities of each swimmer, I tailor my instruction to meet students where they are at.
Building Confidence
I believe in the power of incremental progress. My goal is not just to teach students how to swim but to build their self-assurance in and out of the water. Through positive reinforcement, praise, and encouragement, I help students overcome challenges and celebrate their accomplishments.
Individualized Instruction
I understand that no two students are alike. Our instructors take the time to get to know each student's strengths and challenges. We then customize our teaching methods to ensure a personalized learning experience, fostering confidence and progress at every step.
Special Needs Support
I have a deep passion for teaching students with special needs. As a mom of five, including two special needs children, I understand the unique challenges and joys that special needs children face when learning to swim . My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where students with special needs can thrive and achieve their aquatic goals.
Safety First
Safety is paramount in my approach to teaching swim. I provide a secure and comfortable setting for all students, and am trained in water safety, first aid, and CPR. I maintain vigilant supervision during lessons and create an atmosphere where students can explore the water with confidence.
Fun and Enjoyment
I believe that learning to swim should be enjoyable. By incorporating fun and play into our lessons, I help students form positive associations with the water, making each lesson an adventure to look forward to.
